Quarterly Market Reports
2nd Quarter 2019 Industrial Report
The first half of 2019 is trailing behind the record setting 2018 indicators but still strong and with growth outpacing prior years. However, of slight concern is the fact that under construction is outpacing absorption. Overall, it appears that the metro Atlanta industrial segment continues to trend positive.
2nd Quarter 2019 Office Report
In the first half of 2019, the Atlanta office market slowed slightly from the record-setting 2018 performance as vacancies increased slightly, values pulled back, transaction volume slowed & under construction is outpacing absorption. However, cap rates continue to compress and rents are rising.
2nd Quarter 2019 Retail Report
For the metro Atlanta retail market most key indicators continued moving in a positive direction in the first half of 2019; however, of slight concern is the fact that under construction is outpacing absorption. Also, the changing trends away from brick and mortar stores as a result of e-commerce continues to be a concern.
